Accused of a triple homicide which happened at his residence in Pampa, Texas, Hank Skinner was arrested on January 1st, 1994; tried and sentenced to death in March 1995.
After many years of legal battles, Hank finally won the right to forensic testing for 90% of the crime evidence that remained untested since the crime occurred. He survived several execution dates and today continues to fight to prove his innocence.
