The person who stabbed Elwin Caler almost certainly had Caler’s blood on his own hands. If that assailant had been Mr. Skinner, whose own right hand is bleeding by the time he leaves the house, there should be mixtures of Mr. Caler’s blood and Mr. Skinner’s blood.
We don’t find that.
There’s only Mr. Skinner’s blood.
