Money is an essential component of any campaign.
Hank’s defense fund needs to raise funds to cover expenses, such as attorneys, experts and investigators fees, but also to allow Hank to cover his medical bill at the prison, to purchase food and supplement his diet in order to protect his health as much as possible and also to purchase legal books required for him to continue the legal battle for his life.

The Justice for Hank – Justice pour Hank Defense fund was created to assist Hank and his legal team as well as covering general expenses of his defense as well as Hank’s immediate needs on death row. It is based in Switzerland and is managed by a banking professional to ensure transparency of the accounts. The three goals of the fund are:
- Collect funds to cover the costs of his defense
- Promote the facts and information about his innocence
- Cover his needs on death row
The defense fund is a non-profit organization. All donations must be sent directly to the Defense Fund as no third-party is allowed to serve as an intermediary.
